Cream for Wafer Biscuit

 Up to 10% by wt.

Procedure

  • Beat the Vegetable Fat  in a planetary mixer for 5 minutes till semi-soft.
  • Add other ingredients slowly.
  • Mix at high speed for about 15 minutes till the cream is light and fluffy.
  • Climatic changes may require fat proportion to be changed.
  • Note: Please check your local legislation for use of food ingredients.
